People at the heart of our DNA

Because our profession is built first and foremost on people, we place recognition, training and inclusion at the centre of our HR policy. Each employee plays an active role in the service we deliver and is a representative of our professionalism

Ethics, quality and transparency
“Ensuring reliability and service quality, with full transparency”
In a sector where trust and rigour are essential, we place operational quality and transparency at the heart of our organisation.
Committed to a continuous improvement and transparency approach, we maintain regular and ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders and clients. Our ethical framework is based on a strict code of conduct, an anti-corruption charter, and a strong commitment to awareness and full respect for fundamental rights.
To ensure a relationship built on trust, we prioritise close management, with dedicated field representatives actively involved on the ground, and conduct regular internal satisfaction surveys. The traceability of our operations is ensured through systematic service evaluations, targeted action plans and rigorous quality monitoring, notably through our “Master Control” process
Finally, our performance indicators are integrated into our client reporting, providing full visibility of our commitments and results.
